Joining us for the first time as an instructor, 26 year old Julie Rose Bissonnnette is from Tallahassee, Florida. Julie was raised in the home of educators with a Secondary Level Drama teacher for a Mom and an Elementary School PE and Track Coach (Step Dad). The Family also owns a successful ChildrenÕs entertainment business (27 years) in Tallahassee, Florida, known as Klown Kapers Inc. (BJs Party House). Julie Rose has worked in her family business as a children's puppeteer and face painter since the age of ten.

As an adult, Julie has attended the International Face painting conferences for the past six years and she has been inspired to take her face and body art to new heights. Julie trains all of the new employees for the family business from beginners to advanced levels and at least 8-10 artists attend the International Conference every year with her to learn as much from master artists, as possible.

Julie Also enjoys doing special effects work, gestational paintings and body art however her biggest passion is working as Rosie the Clown and painting small children's faces. She is a full time preschool teacher and has a successful ballet and tap program for young children.

Julie is thrilled to be invited to teach beginning artist who also love working with babies and small children, her tried and true methods of fun, creative and adorable face painting techniques.
