Heather Banks also know as Silly Heather is the owner of Silly Farm Supplies and the co producer of the Face & Body Art International Convention. Heather started her face painting career when she was only 14. Heather turned her passion for art into a full time career as the head of Silly Farm Supplies. Silly Farm is the worlds largest face and body art supplier and Heather also travels the world teaching and sharing her love of face and body art.

Heather got her start in face painting because of her very persistent aunt and current business partner Marcela "Mama Clown". At the young age of 14, Marcela convinced Heather to try her hand at face painting and she instantly found a passion for the art. Heather went on to study Business and Finance and upon completing her degree Heather purchased Silly Farm form her aunt and focused her attention on building a great company. Through Heather's hard work and dedication Silly Farm has grown into a staple ion the face and body art industry.

Heather is an avid face and body artists, airbrush artist, children's entertainer and business entrepreneur. Her love for the art has inspired an complete video archive of face painting tutorials on youtube, and helped her develop and easy to follow style that helps new and old painters alike. Heather will be teaching her fun and fresh styles at the FABAIC and look for her during the jams sessions to be inspired.
