Choose a Track Tracks are intense specialized progressive workshops where you will receive extreme training. Attendance is mandatory in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants choose one track to attend from 9:30 AM- 12:30 PM Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Tracks will be progressive courses where your instructors will follow your progress and assist you from start to finish. Please make sure to consider the track choices carefully, because once you register you will not be permitted to change tracks.
Variety by “Mixing” it up! Because your morning will be dedicated to your track, the afternoons are reserved for fun, fresh ideas, and mixer classes where you can take a variety of classes covering all topics such as special effects, marketing 101, extreme face painting, body painting and much more!
New competition format and the 1st Annual Face and Body Art International Trade Show: On Sunday May 27 we will be opening the doors to the world’s largest specialized market place for face and body art products. Make Up artists, and artists alike can join the FABAIC to come and shop, be educated, and witness the greatest body painting competition in the US. We have also moved the Body Painting competition outside to create a fun tropical festival feel with lots of creative energy. Face Painting Competition will be held on Friday with awards presented Saturday night at the Gala Banquet. New Venue After 10 years hosting the FABAIC in Orlando, we moved the convention to the gorgoeus paradise of Ft Lauderdale, Fl. The new home of the FABAIC features free parking, free internet, a lush poolside oasis, resort style accomomdations, and is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ft Lauderdale International Airport.
