Since taking over, Heather has built Silly Farm into the number one source for information and quality products and service. Marcela “Mama Clown” Murad is a pioneer in the world of face painting and clowning. She shares her 30 year experience with anyone who crosses her path. Marcela co founded the Face and Body Art International convention in 2000, and hasn’t stopped since. Marcela has authored several books and videos about face painting, she teaches around the globe, and is emphatically known as the Queen Mama in the world of Face and Body painting. Julie Oliver and Claire Pick: England
The publishers of the very successful and beautiful Illusion Magazine, Claire and Julie combine years of experience in all facets of the face painting business. In 2006 as part of a team of five, they broke the World Record for number of faces painted in a four-hour time period and were placed in the Guinness Book of World Records. You will be entertained as they share with you their British style of painting and their extensive knowledge of the industry.

Sharon Hodges: USA
For the past two years we have tried to bring this most talented lady as an instructor to FABAIC. Sharon is very much in demand for her exquisite artwork and has not been able to join us. But three is a lucky number and Sharon will be with us as first time instructor in 2008. Sharon founded the first organized face painting guild in the US, the DFW Face Painters Guild. In 2005, Sharon competed and won the highest award at FABAIC. The staff members of FABAIC are ecstatic that she is able to join us and you will be too. |

Kerry Ann Smith
Kerry Ann's face painting journey began in college, when a friend asked her to work for Enjoy Your Face, Inc. at the Sesame Place location. To help pay for her degree in Art Education, Kerry Ann worked 2 seasons with EYF and then ventured out on her own. In 2004, About Face II was created in memory of that friend who had taught her how to paint and it's been going strong ever since. AF II now employs 6+ painters and handles many contracts with Philadelphia area corporations and organizations. Kerry Ann won two face-painting titles at FABAIC in 2006 and then returned to teach. Her backgrounds in teaching, digital media, and fine arts help her to lead others into their face painting careers. |
Erika Harrison: USA
The Queen of Henna! Erika was discovered at the 2003 FABAIC convention where she went out of her way to help people discover the Art of Henna. Her knowledge of all facets of this body art is extensive and her willingness to share is unlimited.
